Baseline Control sets a clear, audited “starting point” for every lane. We validate lane, mode (FCL/LCL/Air), Incoterm, weight/volume, service level, currency and date range. Surcharges and accessorials are only included when defined and evidenced. All comparisons are like-for-like—no scope drift, no cherry-picking. Only verified, compliant variances are counted as savings.
