Baseline Control is governance, not guesswork.

We lock an auditable baseline for each lane (scope, service level, Incoterm, inclusions/exclusions, evidence rules). Then we enforce it before the invoice via pre-invoice validation, milestone tracking, and early interception of cost-creep.

Anything outside the rules becomes an owned exception: impact shown, options provided, approval required, and logged. Execution is coordinated through our global network so the rules hold in real time—not just on paper.
