How it works (every time)
Before a booking is confirmed, FreightFixed checks the shipment against the lane rules: supplier + incoterm, origin/destination, mode, service level, carrier, transit plan, and the agreed baseline cost structure.

If anything changes — routing, service level, equipment, cut-off timing, or destination handling — it becomes an exception event. You get the options, the cost/service impact, and a clear recommendation. Nothing proceeds until it’s approved and recorded.

Result: consistent execution, owned milestones, and an audit trail that explains every deviation — before cost hits the invoice.
