FreightFixed membership is built around clarity, not hidden margins. Members pay an annual membership fee for access to the FreightFixed governance model, wholesale baseline pricing, shipment control, exception management and invoice review.

Each shipment is then managed under a fixed per-shipment service fee, agreed upfront and separate from the wholesale freight cost.

FreightFixed does not add margin to carrier, airline, shipping line, depot, customs, port or third-party charges. Where external charges apply, they are passed through at cost and supported by evidence.

We report baseline versus variance by lane, identify the cause of cost changes, and separate normal wholesale market movement from exceptions that need attention. That gives you clearer reporting, stronger invoice control and better commercial accountability over time.
